We process information under the contract we have with our customers, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure.

Sharing & processors

We only share data with processors that help us operate the infrastructure (hosting, mail, billing) under confidentiality and like-for-like protection agreements. We do not sell lists or monetize your information.

Retention & deletion

We retain information while the account is active or as needed to provide the service. Technical logs are purged on a schedule and we anonymize metrics for aggregate analysis.

When you close your account we delete or anonymize data unless the law requires retention (e.g., tax invoices).

Security & shared responsibility

We apply encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and continuous monitoring. However, no internet-facing system is infallible; customers must safeguard their credentials and configure roles, alerts, and authentication methods appropriately.

Your rights & controls

You may access, update, or rectify your data from the dashboard. You can also request exports, object to certain processing, or report incidents by contacting us, and we will respond according to applicable law.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when we add new capabilities or must meet regulatory requirements. We will notify you through the dashboard or email when changes are significant.
